The founder of our company, Chris, grew up in a family that was passionate about cycling. In addition to cycling for exercise, Chris and his dad often go on bike camping adventures in the Pacific Northwest. Chris saw problems with his existing bikes at an early age as he pushed them to their limits in outdoor environments from mountains to deserts.
An engineer by nature, Chris built his own bike at the age of 15 to overcome its shortcomings. He and his father tested the design along a bike route along the Oregon Coast Highway between Cannon Beach and Florence. The performance of his bike during the 158-mile journey was a highlight of his life and fueled his passion to continue designing even better bikes.

At the age of 38, Chris combined his engineering skills with entrepreneurial expertise to create the MULTIJOY brand. As a hands-on CEO, he was involved in every step of the design and development process. In order to produce the best e-bikes at the lowest cost, Chris implements a strict quality control process to eliminate defects.

The result - a top quality electric bike that will provide hours of enjoyment to every user.
